Questions before trying it.

Will it send something embarrassing to a customer?

Not without you. New accounts only produce drafts, and even in auto-send mode anything with a number that isn't in your knowledge base, or anything emotional or about money back, is held for you.

Do I have to move to a new helpdesk?

No. Noctiv works inside the mailbox you already use. Replies go out from your address and appear in your Sent folder like any other e-mail.

What about e-mails it can't answer?

You get a short summary with a link to reply yourself. That's the whole point: it handles the repetitive ones so you can spend time on the rest.

Does it work in my language?

It replies in the language the customer wrote in. Your knowledge base can be in any language.

Does it work with Outlook / Microsoft 365?

Not yet. Tell us and we'll prioritise it. Every other business mailbox works: Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger, Zoho and any IMAP mailbox.

Where is my data stored?

In a database in Frankfurt, Germany. E-mail content is kept for 90 days by default and can be deleted at any time.
