What Gemini in Gmail does
Gemini is Google's AI assistant inside Gmail. According to Google's help pages, it can summarise e-mail threads, help you write and refine drafts, help organise and search your inbox, and help with scheduling. You start each task, and you send the e-mail yourself.
It works inside Gmail and needs an eligible Google Workspace or Google AI plan.
What Noctiv does
Noctiv watches your business mailbox around the clock. When a customer writes, it drafts the reply from your own website, price list and notes, without you opening anything, and sends it to your phone for approval. When a customer goes quiet, it follows up.
It also prepares quotes, invoices, delivery notes and CMR consignment notes (beta), and matches bank payment e-mails to invoices. $79 a month per business.

Where Noctiv differs.
Any mailbox
Your business address may live at Hostinger, Zoho or your web host rather than Google. Noctiv connects to any IMAP mailbox, Gmail included. Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not supported yet.
A flat price for the business
$79 a month per business, plus VAT, with unlimited conversations, whatever e-mail provider or plan you're on.
Quotes and invoices
Price requests become quotes from your price list with an Accept link; accepted quotes can become invoices; bank payment e-mails are matched to them.
Approval modes
Approve every reply, or let answers fully backed by your knowledge base go out on their own while you sleep. Complaints, refunds and discount requests always wait for you.
Using both
They don't get in each other's way. Noctiv connects to Gmail with an App Password and sends from your address, so its replies appear in your Sent folder; you can keep using Gemini for the e-mails you write yourself. If you mostly need help writing while you're at your desk, Gemini may be all you need. If the problem is the e-mails that wait overnight, and the follow-ups and invoices that come after, that's what Noctiv is for.
