Payment methods
"Can I pay by bank transfer?" Answered from your checkout and payment pages. When a customer pays an invoice by transfer, Noctiv can match the bank's notification e-mail to it.
Trade and bulk requests
A shop wants 60 units at a trade price. With Quotes (beta), Noctiv drafts a quote from your price list as a PDF with an Accept link; you approve it before it goes.
Invoices for business buyers
With Documents (beta), an accepted quote can become a numbered invoice with the buyer's company and VAT details, and a delivery note once it's paid.
"Where is my order?"
Noctiv can't read WooCommerce orders yet (the integration is marked coming soon). Your usual delivery times are answered; a question about one specific order comes to you with a summary.

Many WooCommerce stores get their e-mail from the same company that hosts WordPress: Hostinger, IONOS, a local provider. That's fine. Noctiv connects to any mailbox with IMAP and SMTP, reads new messages without marking them as read, and sends from your own address, so replies appear in your Sent folder like any other e-mail. Nothing is installed in WordPress and nothing touches your store's database.
Add your store's URL and Noctiv reads your pages as its knowledge base; add files (PDF, Word) or short notes for what the site doesn't say. When a customer goes quiet after a question or a quote, Noctiv follows up after three days, during business hours, at most twice.
