"How much to fix it?" answered before you open the shop.

Phone, laptop, bike or appliance repair: most e-mails ask for a price, a turnaround time or your opening hours. Noctiv answers them from your own price list and notes, and leaves the workbench to you.

The e-mails a repair shop gets.

Customers write when the thing breaks, which is often in the evening. The first shop that answers with a clear price usually gets the job.

Price requests

"How much is a new screen for my phone?" Answered from your price list. With Quotes (beta), the price comes as a PDF quote with an Accept link.

Turnaround times

Same day, two days, a week if parts must be ordered: whatever your notes say, stated plainly, never promised beyond it.

Opening hours and drop-off

Where to bring it, when you're open, whether they need an appointment, whether you collect. The questions that interrupt you most.

Warranty questions

How long your repairs are guaranteed and what it covers, from your own terms. A claim that something broke again comes to you.

Invoices for business customers

With Documents (beta), a finished job becomes a numbered invoice with your logo and bank details, and the payment is matched when your bank's e-mail arrives.

"Is my repair ready?"

Noctiv doesn't see your workbench or repair system, so a question about one customer's device is passed to you with a short summary, ready for your answer.

An example reply.

A customer drops a phone on Sunday evening. On Monday morning, the answer is drafted from the price list and notes, and waits for your click.

Example shop and prices. Every price in a draft is checked against your price list and notes; if the model you ask about isn't listed, Noctiv asks you.

Jonas P. · customer
Hi, my iPhone 13 screen cracked. How much would a new screen cost and how long do I have to leave the phone with you?
Noctiv · draft reply
Hi Jonas, sorry about the screen. Replacing an iPhone 13 screen costs €139, including a 6-month warranty on the part and the work. If you bring it in before 12:00, it's usually ready the same afternoon. We're open Monday to Friday 10:00–18:00 and Saturday 10:00–14:00; no appointment needed.

What stays with you.

The e-mails that need a person are never answered automatically, in any mode.

  • Complaints, warranty claims and refund requests
  • Angry or urgent messages, and anything legal
  • Requests for a discount
  • Devices or repairs that aren't on your price list
  • Questions about a specific repair in progress

Your price list, doing the talking.

Add your repairs to the price list by hand, import a CSV, or upload the PDF or Word list you already have: Noctiv reads it, and you confirm each line before it's used. Only confirmed prices are ever quoted, and a quote above your automatic-send limit always waits for you.

Customers who asked for a price and didn't book get a short follow-up after three days, during your business hours, at most twice. Every conversation lands in a lead list, so you see which price requests turned into repairs, and the Monday summary tells you how many e-mails were answered while the shop was closed.
