Win the project while you're still on the last one.

For agencies and studios, the new inquiry that waits two days is the one that went to someone else. Noctiv answers it within minutes from your own packages, follows up when the client goes quiet, and handles the quote-to-invoice paperwork.

The e-mails an agency gets.

Web, design, marketing or video: the inbox is the sales pipeline, and it fills up while you are heads-down on client work.

New project inquiries

"What would a website for our bakery cost?" Answered with your packages, what they include, typical timelines and the next step, all from your own pages and notes.

Price requests

With Quotes (beta), a request that matches your price list becomes a numbered quote as a PDF with an Accept link. Totals are computed in code, never by the AI.

Proposals that went quiet

No answer after three days? A short, personal nudge goes out during business hours, at most twice, and stops the moment the client replies.

Process questions

How you work, what you need from the client, how revisions work, whether you do maintenance. The answers you type fifty times a year, written once as notes.

Invoices and payments

With Documents (beta), an accepted quote can become an invoice automatically. When the bank's notification e-mail arrives, Noctiv matches the payment to the invoice.

Booking a call

Noctiv doesn't manage your calendar. If your notes include a booking link, it offers the link; otherwise it asks you when you're free.

An example reply.

A lead writes on a Friday evening. By the time you check your phone, the reply is drafted from the packages page and waiting for one click.

Example studio and prices. Noctiv only uses what's in your knowledge base; if a detail isn't there, it asks you instead of making one up.

Marta S. · new lead
Hi, we're opening a second bakery and need a new website, maybe five pages with a menu and a contact form. What would that cost and how long does it take?
Noctiv · draft reply
Hi Marta, congratulations on the second bakery! A five-page site with a menu and contact form fits our Starter package: €1,900, usually live within four weeks once we have your texts and photos. It includes basic SEO setup and one round of revisions. If it sounds right, you can pick a time for a 20-minute call here: studio.example/call.

What stays with you.

Client relationships are yours. These are never answered automatically, in any mode.

  • Unhappy clients, disputes and refund requests
  • Requests for a discount or a custom deal
  • Anything legal, angry or urgent
  • Quotes above your automatic-send limit, or with items not on your list
  • Scope questions your notes don't cover

From inquiry to paid, in one place.

Every inquiry becomes a lead with a stage: received, replied, followed up, quoted, accepted, won. When the client accepts a quote online, they enter their billing details on the Accept page, and Noctiv can issue the invoice with your logo, number it, and send it for your approval. Payments that arrive by bank transfer are recognised from your bank's notification e-mails and matched to the invoice.

You can also just tell the Noctiv Assistant what to do: "Send Marta an invoice for the deposit, €950, due in 7 days." It prepares the invoice and the e-mail as cards; nothing is created or sent until you confirm. Every Monday, a short summary shows what Noctiv did the week before: e-mails answered, follow-ups sent, quotes accepted and invoices paid.
