Noctiv vs Tidio.
Tidio is a customer service platform built around live chat on your website. Noctiv is an assistant for the business mailbox you already have. They solve different problems; here is how to tell which one you need.
What Tidio does
Tidio describes itself as AI customer service chatbot software: live chat, a help desk and automation. It brings live chat, e-mail, Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp into one shared inbox for a support team, and its AI agent, Lyro, answers customer questions in chat. It integrates with website platforms such as Shopify, WordPress and Wix.
Tidio is priced in plans, with a free plan to start; on its pricing page, usage is counted in billable conversations, and conversations handled by Lyro are counted separately.
What Noctiv does
Noctiv connects to your existing business mailbox. It reads each customer e-mail, drafts a reply from your own website, price list and notes, and follows up when the customer goes quiet. You approve from your phone, or let grounded replies go out on their own.
It also does the paperwork that follows a sale: quotes from your price list with an Accept link, invoices, delivery notes and CMR consignment notes (beta), and it matches bank payment e-mails to invoices. One price: $79 a month per business.

Where Noctiv differs.
Any mailbox, no new inbox
Noctiv works inside the mailbox you already use: Gmail, Google Workspace, Hostinger, Zoho or any IMAP. Replies go out from your address and land in your Sent folder. There is no widget to install and no team inbox to move to. (Outlook and Microsoft 365 are not supported yet.)
A flat price
One plan, $79 a month per business plus VAT, with unlimited conversations. A busy month doesn't change the bill.
Quotes, invoices and payments
Price requests become quotes from your own price list; accepted quotes can become invoices; bank payment e-mails are matched to them. Numbered PDFs with your logo.
Approval modes
Start by approving everything. Move to automatic replies for questions your knowledge base fully answers, when you're ready. Complaints, refunds and discount requests always wait for you.
When Tidio is the better fit
If your customers mostly want to chat on your website while they browse, or you run a support team that answers Instagram, Messenger and WhatsApp in one place, a chat platform like Tidio is built for that, and Noctiv is not: it handles e-mail only.
When Noctiv is the better fit
If your sales and questions arrive by e-mail, you're a small team or on your own, and you want replies, follow-ups and the paperwork after a sale handled from the mailbox you already have, at a fixed price, Noctiv is built for that. Some businesses use both: chat on the website, and Noctiv for the inbox.
