Auto-reply to grounded questions
Replies fully backed by your knowledge base go out on their own. Everything else waits for you.
Fully automatic
Like mode 2, and a question it can't answer from your facts gets a short reply in the customer's language: “Thanks — I'll check this and get back to you as soon as possible.” You're notified to answer.
In every mode: no invented prices, dates or promises, and complaints, refunds, legal questions, discount requests, angry or urgent e-mails always come to you.

What happens when the trial ends?
You decide whether to continue. There is no card on file, so nothing is charged automatically. To continue, press Subscribe in your dashboard. If you don't, Noctiv stops reading and answering your e-mail; your data and settings are kept, so you can subscribe later and carry on, or ask us to delete everything.
Is the price per mailbox or per business?
Per business. The plan includes one connected mailbox. If you need more mailboxes, write to us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, in Settings → Manage billing, or write to contact@noctiv.io. Noctiv keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and the next month isn't charged. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. See the refund policy.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, every month. Our reseller Paddle handles checkout and payments and sends the invoice. The price is $79 per month plus VAT or sales tax where applicable: it's added at checkout based on your country, and businesses with a valid VAT number are handled under the reverse-charge rules.
How do I pay?
By card or another method Paddle offers in your country. You can change your card or download invoices at any time in Settings → Manage billing.
Are there limits I should know about?
To protect every customer, unusually heavy use is paused and we get in touch before anything else happens.
