Billing and your subscription.

The trial

Everything is included for 14 days. There's no card on file, so nothing is charged automatically. When the trial ends, press Subscribe in your dashboard to continue. If you don't, Noctiv stops reading and answering your e-mail; your data and settings are kept, so you can subscribe later, or ask us to delete everything.

What's included

One connected mailbox with unlimited conversations, all three reply modes, follow-ups, quotes, invoices and documents (beta), the Noctiv Assistant and the Monday summary. Need more mailboxes? Write to us.

Payment and invoices

Checkout, payments, tax and invoices are handled by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You pay by card or another method Paddle offers in your country, and receive an invoice every month. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout based on your country; businesses with a valid VAT number are handled under the reverse-charge rules.

Change your card, download invoices, cancel

All in Settings → Billing → Manage billing. When you cancel, Noctiv keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and the next month isn't charged. No minimum term, no cancellation fee. See the refund policy and pricing.
