Your booking page

Each business gets a page at app.noctiv.io/book/ followed by an address you choose. It shows your free times in your time zone and works on any phone, in the customer's language. The customer picks a time, gives a name and an e-mail address (and a phone number and a note if they like), and books.

Setup

• Bookable hours per weekday, the length of a meeting, a buffer between meetings, how much notice you need and how far ahead customers can book.
• Where it happens: your own meeting link, Google Meet, a phone call, or your address.
• Optionally, an intake form asked when booking.

Google Calendar

Connect it in Bookings → Setup. Noctiv reads when you are busy, so those times are never offered, and adds each booking to your calendar (with a Google Meet link if you chose Meet). It sees busy times and the events it books, nothing else. Without a calendar, only bookings made in Noctiv are taken into account. Microsoft 365 comes later.

E-mails

The customer gets a confirmation from your own mailbox with a calendar invite and a link to change or cancel. Moves and cancellations get an e-mail too. These are sent automatically in every reply mode, because the customer has just asked for them; you get a notification each time.

Replies that offer times

When a customer asks to meet, call or come by, the reply offers your next three free times and the booking link. It follows your reply mode: in mode 1 it waits for your approval. If a time is taken before the reply goes out, it is replaced with the next free one.

Intake forms

Up to 10 questions per form (short or long text, e-mail, phone, number, date, a choice, yes or no). Copy a general link for your website, insert a link for the customer into a reply, or ask the Noctiv Assistant to send it. Answers are saved with the customer's lead and you are notified.
