Who is responsible
For the e-mails in the mailbox you connect, you are the controller and Noctiv processes them on your behalf, under our data processing agreement. For your account and this website, we are the controller.
Where it is
Your data is stored in the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany. E-mails are read and replies drafted by Google Cloud (Vertex AI) in the EU. While we finish our infrastructure, application servers run temporarily in the United Kingdom, which has an EU adequacy decision. The privacy notice lists every provider.
How long
- E-mail text: 90 days by default; you can shorten it in Settings.
- Your account and knowledge base: until you delete them.
- Invoices and other documents are business records and are kept until you delete them.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, show ads, or use your e-mails to train AI models. Notification e-mails show only the sender's domain and a summary, unless you switch on full text.
Delete everything
Settings → Account has one button that deletes your business's data, for good. You can also revoke Noctiv's access at any time by deleting its App Password at your e-mail provider. To see, correct or export your data, write to contact@noctiv.io; we answer within one month.
