Your knowledge base.

Noctiv only writes what your knowledge base says. If a fact isn't there, it asks you instead of guessing, so a good knowledge base means fewer questions and more replies you can approve as they are.

Three sources

  • Your website. Add its address and Noctiv reads the pages and refreshes them, so a price you change on the site is used in the next reply.
  • Files. PDF, Word or text: price lists, terms, brochures, FAQs.
  • Notes. Short, plain statements for anything the site doesn't say. You'll find them under Knowledge in the app.

What makes a good note

State facts plainly, one topic per note. The ones that matter most:

  • Prices and what they include
  • Delivery times and shipping costs, per country or zone
  • Opening hours, holidays and how to reach you
  • Returns, warranty and payment terms
  • A booking link, if you use one

When something is missing

Noctiv doesn't invent. If an e-mail asks something your knowledge base doesn't answer, you get a short summary and a link to reply yourself. That's a hint to add a note: the next time the question comes, Noctiv can answer it.

Checks on every reply

Every price, date and number in a draft must appear in your knowledge base, and a second check confirms it before anything is sent automatically. Drafts show which sources were used.
