Outlook and Microsoft 365: not yet.
Noctiv can't connect to Outlook.com, Hotmail or Microsoft 365 mailboxes yet. Tell us if you need it; the more businesses ask, the sooner it comes.
Why
Noctiv connects to mailboxes with IMAP and SMTP and a password made for it (an App Password or the mailbox password). Microsoft no longer allows that kind of password sign-in for Outlook.com and Microsoft 365 mailboxes; they need Microsoft's own sign-in instead, which Noctiv doesn't support yet.
If you give the Noctiv Assistant your e-mail address and your domain's mail is hosted by Microsoft, it recognises that and tells you straight away, rather than letting the connection test fail.
What works today
Every other business mailbox with IMAP and SMTP: Gmail, Google Workspace, Yahoo, Hostinger, Zoho, iCloud, GMX, IONOS and most web hosts. If you use the Outlook app to read mail from one of those providers, that's fine: Noctiv connects to the mailbox, not the app.
